25+ years of experience in the education sector that too, in a multicultural environment of more than 80 nationalities. Have taught and managed Australian, American, Canadian, British and Indian Curricula for more than a dozen universities. In addition, I am a Diversity and Inclusion facilitator and a Mental Health First aider. L&T and education management experience include:
Educational experience in e-learning, and training (Moodle, Blackboard, WebCT) since 2000 Considerable staff & student management experience, including expertise as First Year coordinator, student-staff liaison committee chair, mentoring coordinator, and students activities coordinator in higher education management. since 2005.
Considerable experience as an Academic manager in educational setup for international students in Australia. since 2010.
Considerable experience in redesigning courses and assessments as per the changing needs of the learning environment as a subject lead or an academic.
Considerable experience in all academic tasks from designing a course plan to assessments, marking & writing exam reports, and attending exam boards.
More than 4,000 hours of face-to-face teaching, across multiple campuses, and multicultural, international cohorts as a trained Teacher for Higher Education
