As the Academic Manager, was responsible for effective management of teaching and learning at the Campus, besides the general administrative functions. Responsibilities included overseeing Students’ administration and Academic support, Quality assurance and general administration of the Campus including Timetabling and assistance in Exam coordination.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Provided strategic support to the Campus Manager and the UNE Program Director on management of the Campus activities that related to the business operations of the Computing and Accounting &Business postgraduate programs of UNE.
- For enhanced learning experience managed all student related tasks such as, enrolments, attendance & performance monitoring for early intervention. Engaged in academic mentoring and arranged for counselling, academic skills, assignment submissions, special consideration cases, exam coordination etc.
- Assigned responsibilities and resources to staff, ensuring staffs are aware of, and capable of, meeting performance objectives to ensure the effective delivery of services to students.
- Assisted the UNE Program Director to ensure that the Centre fulfilled its obligations with regard to all University governance, compliance and reporting requirements, including quality assurance processes.
