Sonu is a very passionate teacher, administrator and researcher. I worked with her on a community of practice for first year experience, a group that were looking a ways to examine current practices for first year students. We worked together in Sydney, while the remainder of the group were in Rockhampton, GLadstone, Bundaberg and Mackay (campuses of CQUniversity).

Sonu was very capable of questioning and raising issues, particularly as they relate to the international cohort that she experienced at CQUniversity in Sydney, as well as her work in Scotland.
