"I will get their approval only till I do things their way." I will be called nice, till I do things for people their way, each day ..year by year.

But the moment I will do it differently ..my way I will attract their resentfulness. Mind you, approval from others does not mean love. You do not need approval for love. So why have endless dependency on approval from others?

How about SELF approval? Try it out.

Do what ever you do....but remind yourself, that you are doing it for YOURSELF..not for others. Only then you would enjoy the giving and sustain a healthy relationship, without the fear of judgement. In this process you begin to accept yourself and others, alongside, as they are.

Be it on professional front or personal, it works wonders in nurturing the collegiality and efficiency.Isn't it true that your best comes out, when you do, what you approve of, from within..Is it an overstatement? People often call it passion for X,Y or Z.

"Whatever you GIVE, you GET it first." This is the actual essence of Karmic theory.

How?? If I criticise others, I get it first, as critical negative energy within me.

If I give love, I get it first coz I become one (love) ..before I give..So be mindful of what you choose.You become what you think!

It is not what you do, comes back to you ..it is you get it first even before you give.

Later, what returns to you is just a bonus, with no external reliance and thus no expectation.

Most vital is the fact, that in this process of detoxifying your self and enhancing your self respect, you will learn to give unconditionally without expectation. It will be your strength!

Hence, the very craving of approval or acceptance must be satisfied BY YOU, FROM YOU, within.

Be a reflective Practitioner and Love yourself. Appreciate yourself rightfully. Everyone's journey is different, story is different and so are the perspectives...So you and ONLY YOU can understand, your TAKE and GIVE....Within.
